Game 2

Ok, lets face it. Nobody expected Dallas to win the second game like that. I mean Miami had Wade blowing them up all night long. If Lebron or Bosh had played as they normally would, the game would have ended without a climax. Unfortunately, thats not what happened. Within the last 6 minutes of the fourth quarter, Miami decided to slack on defense and let Dallas catch up and put them into a deficit of three. On the inbound with Miami in control, Mario Chalmers was left wide open because everybody was expecting Dwayne Wade to hit a three to tie the game. When Mario got the ball, he hit the shot with no hesitation at all. He left Dallas with 25 seconds left in the game to hit just one shot to gain the lead. After the time out by Dallas, Dallas killed the clock down to 11 before a play was actually initiated. Of course, the ball ended up in the hands of Dirk Nowitski the best player they have. Guarding Dirk was former Toronto Raptor Chris Bosh. With Dirks fancy foot work, he miraculously got around Bosh and put up an easy lay up. He was so confident in his shot that he did not have to turn around to see the ball go in. After the shot, Miami had 3 seconds left to get the ball down the court and make at least a 2 to tie the game. Unfortunately, Wade was sprinting down the court and shot a three before the clock ran out and hit the back iron. Thus leading to Dallas first win in this NBA Finals series. In my opinion, i still do no think that Dallas will take the championship but the future is something nobody can predict. Guess we will just wait and see.

  1. The game honestly reminded me of the OKC series, the entire thing. OKC would just take over then completely blow it in the final few minutes, no matter what size the lead was. The game was also sort of karmic for the Heat too, as they lost essentially the same way they beat the Bulls.

  2. I can't wait for game 3. The Heat deserve to lose. I hate Dirk, but I hate Lebron 1000 times more. Mavs in 6.
